Tucked away on Pembroke Street is BRICK Modern Art Oxford - a lovely art gallery, home to an equally lovely café.
Eric, the cafe owner, has been on board with the TOG student ambassador team since the beginning. He hosts our termly meetings and shares a delicious selection of tea, coffee & cake for the group with the hungry students of Oxford!
The cakes are a particular favourite with the team; this term we enjoyed indulgent brownies, a scrumptious chocolate & banana loaf and a quirky Guinness cake! Across his cafes, including BRICK, The Handle Bar & Handle Bar 39, Eric caters for those on gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian diets and I can confirm the gf cakes are unreal! BRICK is a lovely spot if you’re looking to catch up with friends, to host a meeting or to enjoy a
coffee whilst getting that l nightmare essay out of the way. It’s a large, spacious venue with lots of tasty treats for any occasion and if you're feeling like taking in a bit of art, well it's right there!
