At last we can walk on the grass...! When the sun comes out in Trinity term some colleges allow their perfectly mowed lawns to actually be used rather than just viewed.
The quads are the perfect places to laze in the sunshine, play a spot of croquet and even work your way through your reading list on a nice day!
Some of my English tutorials have actually been held outdoors during Trinity term.
Being taught by an expert, sitting on the quad in the sunshine, surrounded by historic architecture and discussing poetry is very much a pinch yourself moment!
Could there be a more inspirational way to study?!
